How are the Trauma Enlightenment IOP Programs designed at TICC?

The Trauma Enlightenment IOP Programs at TICC are unique and the only one of its kind within the Lexington Kentucky area. The specialized programs have been designed to provide intensive, evidence-based therapeutic treatment to individuals in a small group setting. The co-creators of this program are clinically trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and cognitive processing therapy (CPT).  Therefore, the co-creators have designed an original treatment approach and workbook titled “The Trauma Enlightenment Program Workbook” that is built upon the foundational tenants of multicultural counseling, TF-CBT, and CPT. The Trauma Enlightenment IOP Programs at TICC range from Monday through Friday for roughly 3 to 4 hours. Each IOP Program is completed in a 6-to-8-week period. At this time, the TICC IOP program will be taking place at the Versailles office location of TICC. This office is located at 209 N. Main St. Suite F Versailles, KY 40536. See the “Locations” tab on our website for pictures and turn by turn directions.
