Lexington-Millpond; Telehealth

My name is Anessia Nutter, and I am a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate (LPCA). I have a passion for working with individuals who have experienced traumatic events and other mental health disorders. I have worked in various settings including Intense-in home, outpatient, and nonprofit organizations counseling settings. To be allowed to walk with you through your healing is an honor and is not taken lightly. We all need help in this life to overcome traumatic events that have affected us. I enjoy assisting individuals in understanding trauma and working through it so you can live your best life.
“When a person realizes he has been deeply heard, his eyes moisten. I think in some real sense he is weeping for joy. It is as though he were saying, ‘Thank God, somebody heard me. Someone knows what it’s like to be me.” Carl Rogers
