SERVICES
The Trauma-Informed Counseling Center (TICC) offers comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health and support services designed to meet individuals and families where they are. In addition to outpatient therapy, TICC offers school-based services and Targeted Case Management to support access to resources, coordination of care, and long-term stability.
Therapy (Virtual & In-Person)
We provide virtual and in-person therapy for adults and children (ages 13–17), as well as couples, families, and groups, addressing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns. Our clinicians use tested and trusted tools tailored to each client’s unique needs.
School-Based Services
TICC partners with Fayette County Public Schools to provide trauma-informed mental health support directly in participating schools. Eligible students receive on-site therapy and skill-building supports to address anxiety, trauma, bullying, behavior challenges, and academic concerns

TICC’s Support Services are designed to help you navigate the practical and clinical pieces of care with clarity, compassion, and coordination.
Rates and Insurances
We are committed to providing inclusive, comprehensive counselling support for all clients. Below is important information about payment and attendance policies.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)
TICC does not accept EAPs as a form of payment.
Uninsured / Self-Pay Clients
Self-pay is available for clients without insurance. A breakdown of self-pay rates for TICC services is provided below.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Late cancellation (within 24 hours of appointment): $105

No-show (failure to attend a scheduled session): $105
Medicaid/MCO Clients:
Fees cannot be charged to clients covered by Medicaid or MCO plans. After repeated late cancellations or no-shows, these clients will be issued a Compliance Contract outlining attendance expectations. Continued missed appointments after this step may result in discharge from TICC and referral to another provider.
