Ashley Robinson, LPCA
Clinician
Hello, my name is Ashley Robinson, LPCA. I was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, and I’m passionate about serving the community that shaped me. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College, a Master’s in School Guidance Counseling from Spalding University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Louisville.
My journey into the counseling field has been shaped by my experience working with nonprofits and directly supporting communities impacted by trauma, marginalization, and systemic barriers. I bring that same compassion and cultural awareness into every counseling relationship.
I believe in the power of healing through connection and self-awareness. I use the six dimensions of wellness model to support the emotional, mental, and physical well-being of my clients. My focus is on helping individuals better understand their trauma triggers, develop healthy coping strategies, improve decision-making, and build strong support systems.
Most importantly, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and free to be your authentic self—without fear of judgment. Everyone deserves to be met with empathy, respect, and genuine care, and that’s exactly what I aim to offer in every session.
