Hello, my name is Breeá Smith and I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

I have exponentially diverse experience working with youth at a juvenile detention center and providing intensive in-home services to families. I have worked with individuals that experience challenges with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and other major life transitions. I’ve acquired knowledge and skills in various treatment modalities. This includes modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT); Motivational Interviewing (MI); MultiSystemic Therapy (MST); and Trauma Grief Component Therapy for Adolescents (TGCTA).
I utilize a client-centered and strength-based approach that helps individuals navigate their unique life experiences towards healing.
