Hello! I am a graduate student at Eastern Kentucky University. I believe that children and adolescents can be their best selves when they learn how to deal with trauma. This population has a hard time expressing themselves and every child needs an outlet. I have worked with children from all ages and different backgrounds. I enjoy using person-centered, play therapy, mindfulness skills,  and Cognitive Behavioral techniques. I think everyone benefits from therapy but I believe each technique affects a person differently. It is important to be very intentional with your clients and allow them to be in a safe space. We have to meet our clients where they are and guide them to become the person they want and are called to be!
