Aleesha Brown, LPCA
Clinician
My name is Aleesha Brown, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA), from Central Kentucky. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Human Services from Kentucky State University, and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Kentucky University.
My clinical background includes working within faith-integrated counseling frameworks as well as providing therapeutic services within a rehabilitation and physical medicine setting, where I supported individuals navigating significant life adjustments and long-term recovery. These experiences deepened my commitment to meeting people where they are not just in the challenges they face, but in the full context of who they are.
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches including Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. I also have experience in adjustment counseling for individuals navigating major life transitions.
Whether you are processing pain from the past or finding your footing in the present, my aim is to meet you with consistency, compassion, and genuine care because every person who walks through the door deserves exactly that."
