Corabelle Earnestine Hall, M.S., TCM
Targeted Case Manager
Corabelle is a dedicated Targeted Case Manager, advocate, and community leader based in Lexington, Kentucky. Combining clinical knowledge with a profound commitment to radical inclusion, she specializes in guiding individuals through complex systems of care to promote holistic healing and self-determination.
Corabelle holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Regent University, providing her with a strong clinical foundation in human development, crisis intervention, and therapeutic advocacy. Her professional approach is deeply trauma-informed, client-centered, and focused on dismantling systemic barriers to mental and emotional wellness.
In addition to her clinical work, Corabelle is a trans-femme non-binary advocate, a commissioned Kentucky Colonel, an ordained minister, and an accomplished IMDb-credited actress and drag artist. She serves as the Chaplain for Pride of Morehead, where she provides vital spiritual and emotional grounding to 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals navigating trauma, particularly recovery from patriarchal and systemic harm.
By integrating her background in psychology with her platform as a performing artist and community leader (including her reign as Miss Pikeville Pride 2026), Corabelle bridges the gap between clinical case management and grassroots community healing. She is dedicated to empowering her clients to overcome obstacles, access essential resources, and live authentically.
