Hannelore Elliott, LPCA
Clinician
My name is Hannelore Elliott and I am a mental health counselor dedicated to helping you reclaim your voice and agency. With a Master degree from the University of the Cumberlands and experience in inpatient crisis care, I specialize in supporting youth and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodivergent executive functioning.
My background as an educator and my journey from communist Romania deeply shape the heart of my practice. Having called the U.S. home for 20 years and currently navigating the joys and challenges of raising teenage sons, I carry profound empathy for those navigating the complexities of cultural changes and the weight of family transitions. These personal chapters have fueled my belief that everyone deserves a fair chance to be heard and the opportunity to build a life of dignity. I am committed to honoring your unique heritage and advocating for your right to exist authentically.
In our sessions, I integrate evidence-based tools, including TF-CBT, DBT, and ACT, with polyvagal-informed somatic care to help regulate your nervous system. My approach is warm, compassionate and non-judgmental, focusing on helping you move from simply reacting to life to intentionally shaping your future. Together, we will build the resilience needed to reclaim your peace, your narrative, and your power.
