Helping people overcome challenging life experiences one second, one minute, and one hour at a time.
Jaclyn Moore, CSW
School-Based Clinician
Lexington-Codell
My name is Jaclyn Moore, and I am a Clinical Social Worker (CSW). I attended college in Indiana at DePauw University and studied psychology and education. I graduated from the University of Kentucky with a master’s in social work where I spent time in both a high school and a clinical private practice setting.
I worked with clients of all ages and have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (TF-ACT), Internal Family Solutions (IFS), Play Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I focus on trauma informed practices and work from a lens of trauma, social justice, empowerment, and healing. I believe every individual deserves the right to feel seen, heard, and understood, and I find it a privilege to provide this to others. I believe you are the expert on your life and aim to work with you to reach your goals.
