My name is Kelsi Jackson, and I’m the Director of Operations role at TICC. I have a background in Business Administration and have spent a little under a decade working in healthcare and nonprofit leadership, primarily focused on operations, finance, billing, and compliance.

Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building structure and clarity behind the scenes so teams can focus on care. I'm passionate about trauma-informed environments and believe strong systems are what allow organizations to grow sustainably while protecting both staff and clients.
